The challenge
Northwind's customers kept their numbers in spreadsheets and chat threads. The company needed an app that felt trustworthy, worked on a phone and could be built in a single quarter.
What we did
We designed the core flows with five pilot businesses, then built the app in Next.js with bank-grade authentication and audit trails. Weekly demos kept the founders involved until launch.
The result
The app launched on schedule with 140 pilot businesses. Invoices were paid 9 days faster on average, and 71% of users came back every week after the first month.
